New month, new plan? NOPE!
|
Hey Reader, A new month can create the feeling that you should begin again. New goals. New systems. New determination to finally make every part of homeschool run the way you imagined. But youâre not arriving in October empty-handed. You already know more about your family than you did four weeks ago. Youâve seen where your days need room, where your child needs support, and where learning seems to unfold naturally. Youâve made choices, adjusted a few, and discovered that some didnât need fixing at all. You donât have to turn that understanding into a complete new plan. Take a minute to consider these sentences: Weâre allowed to keep __________ because itâs serving us. Weâre allowed to change __________ because our needs are clearer now. Weâre allowed to explore __________ without knowing where it will lead. Pick only one sentence. Complete the one that gives your family the most relief, confidence, or curiosity right now. Then let that permission guide your homeschool as we head into October. A new month doesnât require you to prove yourself again. You can keep building from what you know, respond when something needs attention, and remain curious about what your children show you next. Thereâs no wrong way to homeschool. If youâd like ongoing help applying these ideas to your actual homeschool, the Homeschool Success Circle gives you a place to bring the real situation, think through your options, and receive mentoring support as you decide what fits. You donât need someone else to define success for your family. Sometimes it helps to have someone beside you while you recognize it, build it, and trust it. I'd love to have you inside the Circle. P.S. Christyâs Corner: Christy's Corner đ Which permission are you carrying into October? Reply with your sentence, and let it be enough for now. And if you have questions about the Homeschool Success CIrcle, reply with those too.
