Hey Reader, Sometimes the thing making homeschooling heavy isn’t something you need to add. It’s something you need permission to stop doing. Maybe it’s the curriculum you paid $200 for. The co-op everyone else loves. The morning routine you created in September. Or the workbook you keep insisting your child finish because you already started it. We can become surprisingly loyal to decisions our families have outgrown. But continuing something simply because you started it isn’t the same as choosing it intentionally. A homeschool reset isn’t about becoming a better homeschool mom. It’s about making your homeschool fit your actual family again. And sometimes that means saying: This worked for us then. It doesn’t work for us now. That isn’t failure. That’s useful information. Reader, you are the most important part of my job.
